Özhan Uçan
President
I graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Turkish Language and Literature in 2013 and have been working as a Turkish Language and Literature teacher ever since. I have contributed to literary platforms as an editor and held administrative roles in civil society organizations, leading youth groups and organizing social projects. Since 2022, I have been actively involved in Erasmus+ projects, aiming to integrate youth work into international mobility programs through a youth association. I am married and have two children.
Ayşe EROĞLUER

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from Gazi University. I have been working as an English teacher for 15 years across various institutions and educational levels. Throughout my career, I have always prioritized staying up to date with innovations in education, working for the benefit of my students, and building strong, trust-based relationships with them. I believe that effective communication and collaboration are key to managing the learning process successfully.
Currently, I am employed at Cumhuriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, where I actively contribute to several Erasmus+ projects as a member of the coordination team. In addition to these projects, I have also participated in various Erasmus+ teacher training programs. One of the most impactful experiences for me was attending the “Creative Methodology in ELT” course at Bell English in the United Kingdom, which has greatly enriched my teaching methods and professional development.
I am particularly passionate about supporting students in vocational schools, especially those from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and helping them expand their visions and achieve their dreams. Beyond teaching, I have a strong personal interest in psychology and philosophy. I also enjoy pencil sketching, spending time in nature, and engaging with arts and theater, which are essential parts of my life.
Murat EVCİL

I completed my undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Letters, Department of History, and my master's degree at Erciyes University, Institute of Social Sciences. I worked as a history teacher, administrator, and computer formatter at various schools in Manisa and Tokat. I have been working on EU projects for about 10 years. I still support young people in preparing for the future.
Serdar EROĞLUER
Board Member
I am an experienced English teacher with 15 years of teaching experience including diverse groups of students, currently working at Cumhuriyet Vocational and Technical High School in Tokat. I hold my bachelor’s at Gazi University and master’s degree in English Language Teaching at Amasya University, and I am currently pursuing a PhD at Amasya University as well. I have actively managed several Erasmus+ international strategic partnership projects, focusing on English Language methods, creative educational techniques, media literacy, digital inclusion, entrepreneurship, and AI-supported personalised education. My teaching approach is innovative and student-centred, and I am passionate about promoting social-emotional learning and addressing social inequalities in education. I have works on global Skills, EFL teachers reflective practices, socio-emotional language learning, EFL framework etc. I possess strong organisational and communication skills, am proficient in using ICT and Web2 tools, and have completed numerous professional development local and international trainings. Additionally, I enjoy black-and-white drawing, amateur photography, playing guitar and trekking.
Faruk PEKER

In 2007, I graduated from Balıkesir University Necatibey Faculty of Education. Since my graduation, I have been working as a mathematics teacher at Reşadiye Mehmet Akif Ersoy Secondary School, Reşadiye Industrial Vocational High School, Reşadiye Imam Hatip High School and Cumhuriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School respectively. In addition, I worked as an administrator responsible for student affairs at the same school for 5 years. With my experience in education and management, I will continue to increase the academic success of my students and work to make their education processes the most efficient.
Ferhat ŞİMŞEK

I have been working as an ELT teacher for 16 years in various schools in different cities of Turkiye. I have been working as an eTwinniner since 2017 and as an Erasmus+ coordinator since 2020. I have worked in different eTwinning and Erasmus+ projects with European organization collaboratively so far.
I have worked in many Erasmus+ projects such as “ABİS”, “Heal the Sea”, “Future Classrooms’ Leadership” and “Gender Equality: Women in Progress”. I also participated in two Saltoyouth project in Torun/Poland and in Samobor/Crotia which were so productive in respect of integrating what I learnt into the educational process.
Mustafa ŞENDEN

I was born in 1986 in Tokat-Artova. I graduated from Tokat Anatolian High School in 2005 and Atatürk University Faculty of Education, Department of Psychological Counselling and Guidance in 2009. I worked in Istanbul, Samsun, Ankara and Tokat in private rehabilitation centres, schools for the severely disabled, Guidance and Research Centres and different types of schools. I worked as Tokat Provincial Representative of Eğitim Gücü Sendikası for about 2 years. As of 2019, I have been coordinating Erasmus Projects. I am interested in music as an amateur. I am married and have two daughters named Meryem and Zeynep.
Lütfiye ARSLAN

I was born in 1990 in Tokat. I graduated from Tokat Anatolian High School 2008. I graduated from Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University Map Engineering. I worked as a map teacher in Denizli and Erzincan. I am currently working at Cumhuriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Tokat.
